Here at G&A Security we take our systems and report writing serious.

No pen or paper needed!

Most companies will have their security guard fill out a site occurrence book most commonly known as a security patrol sheet however, this does not get checked by the security company’s management. G&A Security provide a tablet which is placed on site where the security guard(s) uses our SmartTask™ system to complete their patrols throughout their shift. Once a shift has been completed this is then sent direct to G&A Security’s control to view the times of the patrols including area checks in conjunction with the clients requests. This report can automatically be sent direct to our client if they wish to do so. Direct reports to the client

Usually when an incident occurs on a site or facility a report is completed. It is vital that the client revives a report form the guard as soon as the incident occurs and not from a member of the office team the next day who where not on site at the time.

If an incident occurs when G&A Security guards are on site they will use the SmartTask™ app that is on the company tablet on site to complete a detailed report that has options specific to the clients site, the guard also has an option to upload any pictures of the incident. Once the security guard has completed the site incident report this will be sent to G&A control and the clients nominated point of contact.
