🏆 Overall Employee of the Year – JL
JL has consistently delivered an exceptionally high standard of service across every aspect of his role. He has been widely praised for his calm, professional, and positive approach when managing difficult situations, particularly during periods of challenging site logistics. JL’s adaptability, reliability, and strong work ethic make him a thoroughly deserving recipient of Overall Employee of the Year.

🏆 Above and Beyond Award – AN
AN continually goes the extra mile in his response duties. Always willing to help, he regularly supports colleagues within the engineer’s department alongside his own responsibilities. Dependable, eager to learn, and highly reliable, especially when covering last-minute shifts, AN’s positive attitude and flexibility make him a valued and trusted member of the team.

🏆 Best Newcomer – RM
Despite being new to the team, RM has made an excellent impression in a short space of time. He has shown a strong willingness to learn and has embraced the challenge of working across a variety of sites, gaining valuable hands-on experience. RM’s positive attitude and growing confidence highlight his commitment and potential for the future.

🏆 Most Improved – JD
JD has demonstrated clear and consistent improvement over the past year. His increased confidence and professionalism have been reflected in positive customer feedback, and his willingness to learn and act on feedback has been commendable. JD’s progress has been great to see, and we are incredibly proud of the effort he has put in.
